Change of Mind

We offer a 9 calendar days return policy for unused items in their original condition. To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

To initiate a return, email hello@lessisbore.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged &/or Faulty Goods

While we take pride in our craftsmanship, we understand issues may arise. If your item has a significant defect (e.g., broken straps, large tears, or compromised structure), we’ll provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement. Contact us within 9 calendar days of receiving your item with photos and details of the defect.

While we take great care in producing high-quality products, we understand that rare manufacturing defects can occasionally happen. If your bag arrives with a significant flaw that affects its functionality or durability, such as large tears, broken straps, or structural issues, we will gladly accept a return. In such cases, we’ll offer a full refund and cover the return shipping costs with a prepaid label. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will handle any issues with the utmost care and attention.
